Name: Frank B.
Hometown: Los Angeles, Realtor
In his own words: Honesty to me is the key to any relationship. I am honest almost to a fault. Nobody ever has to wonder what is on my mind because I say it. So therefore with me, 'what you see is what you get'. I am also an extremely loyal person when it comes to friendships and relationships. I also believe in focusing on the people I am dating. I don't have "Gay-D-D" and date 10 people at once. Basically I am just the 'nice guy' but don't let that fool you, I have a little edge as well. As far as career goes, in three years I have become one of the top Realtors in the nation and the #1 Realtor at my company. In a depressed real estate market, it shows how far determination and ambition can go. To go from being a new agent to over $40 million in closed transactions, I've overcome the odds with my success. So here's where I stand... I've got a brain, I have a career, I have a nice house, and an adorable dog. All that is missing is that one special person to share it with. Maybe this is the road to finding him?
Family guy: Would love to have two kids...eventually.
Sexiest man getups: The first thing that catches my eye is charm. Good old-fashioned manners and hospitality go a long way with me. I like to watch how he interacts with and treats other people. I know he really 'has it' when I am inspired to want to be a better human being.
Dating pet peeve: Guys that act too cool for school. I'm not into game playing. I also don't care for bitter sarcasm, and that nasty habit of gay guys who try to mask their insecurities by flinging insults as jokes.
Listen up, men: What's your dating deal breaker? Smokers, drug/alcohol abusers, and slackers. It will never work. Also because of my career, time is a factor for me. Drop the pretense and insecurities, say how you feel, and step up to the plate. It's really quite simple. :)
Future goal: To continue to build my business so I can be retired in 10 years.
